Then you can bring it to the kitchen, and keep warm while you’re making your morning coffee. You can turn them on and off easily, and some have a remote control.

Many people also enjoy the look of an electric fireplace.  They can have faux logs that make them look just like a wood burning fireplace, but with the need for cleaning and ventilation. Since they don’t actually burn, there’s no smoke. This makes it much safer, because there are no harmful emissions in the air.
