Blue Rooster Fire Resistant Chiminea Outdoor Fireplace Pad - Round The flexible Fire Resistant Chiminea Outdoor Fireplace Pad, allows you to roll it up for easy storage and transportation. Designed to protect the deck or patio from stray embers or ash. The Blue Rooster Company Chiminea Pad is made from heavy woven fiberglass with a durable latex backing. Created specifically for use with our popular large cast aluminum outdoor fireplaces. This fire resistant pad will keep your wood or deck area looking new and is easily moved for quick furniture arrangement. Designed as protection from a stray ember or ash from a wood burning fireplace, the fire resistant pad is not fireproof. It will protect your deck area from a ember or burning log until it can be placed back in the fire. It will not protect your deck from direct heat or intense direct fire. Think of it as a fire suit for your deck. A fire suit will protect you from sparks and flame but does not help in a 1200 degree oven for extended periods... Not recommended for wood burning firepits, cast iron chimineas, short chimineas such as the Garden or Pine. If you are using any other fireplace then a Blue Rooster Company large cast aluminum chiminea or any cast aluminum chiminea we recommend putting a patio block or tile under your outdoor fireplace. 1/4" Azuria Reflective Fire Glass This adds excitement to any fire! All fireglass has a 5 -lb. minimum order (Pricing below is per pound of fireplace glass). You can mix and match colors. This fire glass is tempered for long-term heat consumption. Thanks to the process used in creating the glass, it burns cleaner and more efficiently than conventional gas logs. It will not melt, degrade, or emit toxic fumes. (This refers to the glass itself. You are still required to have your damper open when burning!) The fireglass will last virtually a lifetime. There is no soot, no ash and no smoke. With no popping embers to worry about, you can even remove those screens and glass doors that hinder your view. Then watch the colors dance! This large body Gatsby Gas Chiminea has excellent quality of cast aluminum alloy construction and requires very little maintenance and will last for many years of use.

This medium height chiminea with the deluxe 7 piece set of ceramic logs provide the enjoyment of an outdoor fireplace, with the convenience of gas operation. The deluxe ceramic fire logs glow when heated similar to an actual fire and can be positioned individually according to your personal preference.

The Gatsby gas chiminea can be converted to a wood burning fireplace by removing the gas components and converted back again by simple installation. Propane and Natural gas not recommended for outdoor cooking. Due to different natural gas configurations, contact your local Gas Company for natural gas installations. Propane installations can hook directly to propane tank or grill.
