Outdoor grilling is, of course, a favorite pastime. Fortunately, today's grills are suitable for every outdoor living environment, from a small apartment terrace, to an expansive estate.

Portable grills are especially attractive because they can be toted to campsites, friend's houses and tailgating parties. Portable grilling units are fueled by propane, charcoal, and sometimes, wood. They range in size from 12 to 30 inches and either have legs or foldable stands. The cooking surfaces on today's portable grills are often two tiered so that more food can be cooked.
